Had a great experience buying and selling my duplex in Forth Worth with Matthew. He also helped me buy and sell a flip house in Sachse. He was able to find me a great deal to buy, negotiated to get more credits on the deal than I originally thought we would be able to get, and was able to help get the other party to close the transaction on time quickly.
